1 What is your order process and after-sales service?

Please submit your inquiry via our social media platforms, WhatsApp or email. Kindly include the following details: stone name & origin, slab size & surface finish, quantity (square meters or tons), and destination port.

We will respond within 24 to 48 working hours. For urgent requests, please contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest reply.

Regarding after-sales service, we will keep you updated on production progress and collect your feedback throughout the process to ensure your full satisfaction.

2 Can you provide custom sizes, finishes, and fabrication?

Yes. Full fabrication at our partner factories in each origin country: cut-to-size slabs and tiles, custom thicknesses (2cm, 3cm), surface finishes (polished, honed, brushed, flamed, sandblasted, leathered), edge profiling, and bookmatching for feature walls.

3 What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity is flexible to meet diverse requirements. We accept small trial orders for regular products. For customized items and project orders, the MOQ is determined by design and production specifications.

4 How do you pack the products for shipment?

We adopt export-standard packaging to fully protect goods during transit.

We use foam, plastic film and reinforced cartons for protection. Fumigated wooden crates are applied for stable loading, together with professional container stuffing methods, to minimize the risk of damage.
